The purpose of Skills’10 Project- Specialized Vocational Training Centers Project (UMEM Beceri’10) is to provide qualified personnel to companies. At the first stage, the projects was initianed in 19 cities including Samsun, and now it is implemented in 81 cities, Samsun coordinator of UMEM Beceri’10 is carried out by Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Skills’10 Project is developed within the protocol signed by The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Education and TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB-ETU) in June 2010, as the largest and one of the most flexible projects that is developed in the cooperation of Public - Private - University.
