Chairman of the Executive Board of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Salih Zeki Murzioğlu participated in the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day program organized in Cumhuriyet Square with reference to the 5th anniversary of the failed coup attempt by FETO.
The Program, which attracted great attention from the protocol members and citizens, began with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem. Subsequently, Quran was chaunted in the name of all martyrs. Prayers were said for the martyrs in company with the Mufti of Samsun Seyfullah Çakır. Afterwards, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's speech was broadcast on a huge screen. A video compilation of July 15 footages was viewed. Then, protocol speeches were made.

Kaya: “We are pulling out all the stops” |

| Ünal Kaya- SGK Provincial Director spoke during his visit to Samsun TSO due to Social Security Week and said that they are pulling out all the stops to support the insured and employers during the pandemic process.
Due to the Social Security Week celebrated between 16-22 May, Ünal Kaya-Social Security Institution (SGK) Provincial Directo, Uğur Özkaplan-Provincial Director and Gülcay Yıldırım Manager of Atakum Social Security Center visited the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Board of Directors. He met with Salih Zeki Murzioğlu-The Chairman and Haluk Akyüz-Speaker of Samsun CCI. Murzioğlu expressed his satisfaction regarding the visit and celebrated the Social Security Week of all members of the organization. Kaya talked about their services provided during the pandemic process and said, “We have pulled out all the stops for supporting the insured and employers during the pandemic process and continue to do. In particular, the needs that arise during the treatment process require new regulation; Various arrangements were made, such as the inclusion of coronavirus treatment in the scope of reimbursement. In addition, support was provided for the supply of medicines for chronic patients without the need for a report or prescription. We make insured temporary incapacity payments and pension transactions without waiting. In addition, in order to support the people affected by the pandemic process and our employers, support for working life was provided with applications such as normalization support, return to employment support, plus employment incentives and sectoral premium support. |

| Samsun delegation including Salih Zeki Murzioğlu, Chairman of Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TSO), attended the meeting with Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Bekir Pakdemirli, Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank and they discussed where investments to be made in the city.

Dr. Zülkif Dağlı-Samsun Governor, Çiğdem Karaaslan -AK Party Deputy Chairman, Fuat Köktaş, Orhan Kırcalı, and Ahmet Demircan- AK Party Samsun Deputies, Mustafa Demir -Metropolitan Mayor and mayors from other districts, Ersan Aksu -AK Party Provincial Head, Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ünal-OMU Rector, Prof. Dr. Mahmut Aydın- SAMU Rector, Salih Zeki Murzioğlu- Chairman of Samsun TSO, Sinan Çakır-Chairman of Samsun Commodity Exchange, İbrahim Sağlam- Provincial Director of Agriculture participated in the meeting held under the chairmanship of Bekir Pakdemirli-Agriculture and Forestry Minister and Mustafa Varank-Trade and Technology Minister. At the meeting held under the chairmanship of Minister Pakdemirli, increasing cannabis production in Samsun, buffalo breeding, and branding of the products obtained were discussed, while new investments to be brought to the city, industrial investments, and investments in R&D studies were discussed with Minister Varank. |
